Process of importance assessment

To proceed with ESG management activities suitable for the circumstances of Dongbu Corporation, our own ESG issue pool was formed. The importance assessment was performed with regard to stakeholders and priorities were set in consideration of attention to social concerns and business effects. Based on importance assessment results, we unearthed key tasks for the ESG management of our company and analyzed risks and opportunity factors of Dongbu Corporation related to these.

ESG Management Organization Chart and Main Task Dongbu Corporation set up the ESG committee within the Board in 2022 and incorporated ESG management CFT as an organization directly under the management team. As a multi-functional team, ESG management transcends barriers between departments and has been operated to achieve objectives of the ESG management which is stable and sustainable in many ways.
